Why are there a limited number of places on this Virtual Roundtable?

We have chosen to limit the number of participants who can join our Virtual Roundtables to ensure the conversation remains focused and fruitful for all in attendance, allowing everyone the opportunity to contribute to the discussion. We want this format to be as inclusive and engaging as possible!

Will I be pitched a Product or a Service?

In a word, no! That is not the purpose of our Virtual Roundtables. They may be hosted by global technology specialists, however, they are carefully selected to partner on specific Virtual Roundtables to ensure conversations are industry-leading and that participants are not being subjected to a 2-hour pitch. The purpose of the format is to share knowledge and gain knowledge, and our moderators have years of priceless user cases to share with participants. The object of the event is to discuss key challenges and opportunities of a given topic with executives who are on similar journeys and paths within their organizations. 

Is it closed-door?

The majority of our events are closed-door as this allows senior executives to remain open when discussing their key business challenges. However, on occasions, our Global Content Editor may join a roundtable to write industry-leading reports surrounding the key discussions. If this is ever the case, each participant is contacted in advance and permission is requested prior to any quotes being attributed. 

What do I need to be able to join a Virtual Roundtable?

You will need to have access to a good internet connection, a webcam and a good quality audio system. We recommend the use of a headset to allow good quality sound and mic. We also recommend that you participate in a quiet environment to allow for limited background noise.

Ahead of the roundtable itself, you will have the chance to demo the platform with our team so you can see what it's like and to work through any technical questions you may have. 

What if I'm not sure I can make the whole event?

We all have busy schedules and we totally understand if you cannot make the entire 1.5 hours. Our best advice is to try and log in when the Virtual Roundtable goes live, and let your Corinium Producer know what time you are able to stay logged in until.

Who else will be there? 

All our Roundtables are designed for a senior executive audience, however, please feel free to request a working guest list to any current Virtual Roundtable of your choice by visiting the contact us page. Why should I participate...what's the value?

  • In this format you are a fully engaged participant allowing you the chance to ask the questions you really want to know the answers to with a group of people you can trust to give you the best answers.

Will we be able to ask questions during the session?

Absolutely! We love it when our participants take the reins and ask their own questions within the event. You are welcome to submit them ahead of time or feel free to raise them during the event!
